Pre-Enrollment:
Target Language will assess general English level through a preliminary evaluation.
Target Language will review language goals and analyse student needs.
Target Language will provide practical recommendations, including type of study, private or group, materials to be used, and hours of study necessary (in and out of class).
Class Focus:
To enable the learner to “do” something with the new language better than before, and actively build on new skills acquired.
To allow the learner to put business skills to use in English rather than solely focusing on the technical details of the language.
Target Language will ensure material covered is appropriate, adequately taught, and stays with the learner over time.
Timing:
Target Language will design a class schedule to suit individual needs, understanding flexibility is essential for the Business English student.
Target Language will devise a course of study suited to address end goals, including optional tests and progress reports.
Target Language will ensure that progress is monitored and reviewed at regular intervals.
Class Location:
Classes can be held in-company or at Target Language Services.
